DHHS Files Appeal in Florida Case

No surprise... Judge Vinson's Stay Order lit a fire under the Department of Health and Human Services. Today they filed for appeal in the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals. The Court is expected to hear the case in late summer or early fall.
