Details:
Plaintiffs of this case challenge on "material fact" that the Patient Protection and Accountability Act is unconstitutional on the basis that the legislators who signed the Act into law did so in an illegal manner, forgoing many sections of the U.S. Constitution. The major allegation in the complaint holds that the Defendants have successfully and illegally expanded government through the signing of the PPACA.
Status: This case is now on appeal at the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
